Research topics:

Quantum Mechanical calculations for structure and function analysis of chosen metalloenzymes.

Methodology:

molecular dynamics, molecular docking, quantum mechanical methods (DFT, CCSD(T)) and hybrid methods (QM/MM)

Achievements:

A graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, obtaining Master's degree at the Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology. The diploma thesis: "Quantum mechanical modeling of ubiquinone two-electron reduction at the Qi-site of the cytochrome bc1 complex mutants"
